Dr. Ruby R. Manoharan is a first-generation entrepreneur, a visionary, and an Indian Air-Force Veteran. Under his dynamic leadership & customer-centric approach, the Company has created a track record by completing over 185 projects accommodating more than 5000 happy families amounting to the tune of approx. 3.5 Mn sq.ft of Residential space in a span of 22 years.
To achieve the objective of providing affordable homes to the buyers, Dr. Ruby R. Manoharan has developed in-house construction vertical and mechanized the construction practices with own infrastructures facilities, modern machineries & equipments.
Dr. Ruby R. Manoharan deserves special credit as he transformed Tambaram as the “Gateway of South Chennai”. His book titled “Neengalum Builder Aagalam” written in Tamil is a Guiding Manual for many aspiring new & young entrepreneurs in the real estate & construction industry.

Mr. Ashok Manor, a qualified architect, taking the batten forward from his father Dr. Ruby R. Manoharan, with a greater focus on sustainability & affordability. He is versatile and has the sharp business acumen to conceive and market the project catering the segment.
